What brands and condition of old servers are accepted for exchange?
We accept branded enterprise servers in good working condition — Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, IBM/Lenovo ThinkSystem, Cisco UCS, Supermicro and similar. The server should be complete (chassis, PSU) and powering on. The better the brand and condition, the higher your exchange discount towards a new ProStation Systems.
Do I need to bring the server to your facility?
For Delhi NCR clients, we can arrange a pickup. For outstation clients, you can courier/transport the server to our Delhi facility. Once inspected, we confirm the final discount and you can choose your new ProStation Systems server or workstation.
Which product do I get with my exchange discount?
The exchange discount is applied towards ProStation Systems — Serverwale's own brand-new servers and workstations, custom-built for your use case with a 3-year warranty. In exchange for your old server we give you a new ProStation Systems at a discount, not a refurbished unit. (Refurbished servers are sold separately at their regular prices.)
What happens to my old server's data?
Before processing your exchanged server, we perform a certified data wipe using DoD 5220.22-M standard. A data destruction certificate is provided on request. Your data is completely and securely erased.

Absolutely. You can exchange multiple units in one go. The combined value of all old servers is evaluated and a consolidated discount is offered towards your new ProStation Systems purchase. Contact us for bulk exchange pricing.
