Terms and Conditions for Server Products (Physical Sales)

Before purchasing any product or availing any service from our website, we kindly request that you carefully review the terms and conditions of sale outlined below. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions signifies your agreement to the terms governing the sale.
Product Description and Pricing:
ServerWale strives to provide the best possible prices on the servers and web hosting services. Prices of the servers are subject to change with time without any prior notice. However, ServerWale will not assure that the price will be low in the city, region, or anywhere else across the globe. If the price or information about the product or service is specified incorrectly on the website, then ServerWale at its discretion will contact you or cancels the order and notify you in case of such cancellation. If ServerWale cancels the order after the payment processing is completed, then the amount will be refunded to your account from which you have made the payment within a reasonable period of time. We will not negotiate the prices on the products we sell, all the prices are final.
Order Process:
Orders placed by the customers at our website should be accepted by the seller finally. The seller accepts the customer order and completes the contract between the seller and customer after the products are dispatched at the doorsteps of the customers. Order is accepted until and unless the seller notifies the customer about its cancellation or the customer himself cancels the order.

Delivery:
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at ServerWale's discretion. We verify the shipping address and pin code during the payment process. If your requested area is not serviceable by our delivery partner, we will request an alternative shipping address that is within their delivery range. We offer worldwide shipping, and customers may also choose to collect products from our premises.
For orders of two or more products placed simultaneously, we ensure they are shipped together whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability:
ServerWale is not liable for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time of accepting the order or that results from a breach of contract by the customer.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
We strive to process orders quickly, and once the fulfillment process has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order. Refunds will not be provided for order cancellations due to a change of mind or finding a more economical option elsewhere. We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming it.
Returning Goods – General:
If you need to return a product for any reason, please ensure it is properly packaged and labeled with the original address. ServerWale is not responsible for any damage or scratches resulting from improper packaging or for any loss or damage during transportation if you choose a courier other than ours.

ServerWale provides comprehensive 24/7 technical support for most of our products. Some products may require manufacturer-specific technical support.
Payment:
When making purchases on ServerWale, it is essential to select the appropriate payment method. We accept online transactions and NEFT transfers, and your products will be delivered to the specified shipping address once payment is received.
Warranty:
Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer. In the event of damage, customers can replace or repair the product within the warranty period under certain conditions. Please note that ServerWale does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or damage-free condition of products on the site.
Privacy:

Terms and Conditions for Server Hosting

Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before using our hosting services. These terms apply to all individuals and entities that have business relationships with ServerWale. We offer the following services:

Service Period:
Our hosting services are provided for a period of 12 months from the activation date, or until earlier termination in accordance with the agreement.
Data Backup and Restores:
ServerWale retains backup data for Managed Hosting Operating Systems, Applications, and File Data for two weeks. Users are responsible for protecting their applications and data not provided by ServerWale unless otherwise agreed. ServerWale is not liable for data loss, theft, or corruption, and users are advised to maintain their local backups.
Privacy:
ServerWale protects customer data, and any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated through email.
Customer Access:
Users are not given admin/root access to Managed Hosting Servers by default. Admin/root access is available upon request, and service and support commitments vary based on access privileges.
ServerWale reserves the right to make changes to its premises. Users will be notified one month in advance, and service levels will be maintained during the transition.
